Cookies policy
§1
(1) This Policy governs the storage of information by the Administrator and the Administrator’s access to information already stored on Client Devices in the form of Cookies.
(2) Any terms defined in the Privacy Policy shall retain their meaning also based on this Cookies Policy. In addition, the following terms shall have the following meaning:
(a) Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the Customer uses the websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they are stored on the terminal device, and a unique number.
b) Own Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the website.
c) External Cookies – means Cookies placed by third parties, through the website.
d) Policy – this Cookies Policy.
e) Device – means an electronic device through which the Customer accesses the website.

(1) The Administrator uses Cookies to store information on the Client’s Device or to access information already stored – under the terms of this Policy.
(2) The Administrator uses the following types of Cookies:
(a) Session cookies: are stored on the Client Device and remain there until the end of the session of the browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory.
b) Persistent cookies: are stored on the Client’s Device and remain there for the period indicated in the parameters of the file or until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not remove such Cookies from the Device.
(3) The Administrator’s use of Cookies does not cause any configuration changes in the Client Device or the software installed on the Device.

1 The Administrator uses Custom Cookies to adapt the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and needs, in particular taking into account the type of Device through which the User uses the Website. Such Cookies include:
(a) “necessary” cookies to enable the use of services available on the Website, such as authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication on the Website;
(b) cookies used to ensure security, such as those used to detect abuse of authentication within the Service;
(c) “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information about the use of the Website’s websites;
d) “functional” cookies, making it possible to “remember” the User’s selected settings and personalize the User’s interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc;
(e) “advertising” cookies, allowing to provide Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
(2) The Administrator uses External Cookies to create aggregate statistics and analysis for monitoring the use of the Website by Customers – allowing it to best adapt to the Customers’ needs. In this regard, the Administrator uses the services of:
(a) Google Analytics – whereby when the Service is opened, it reads
(b) Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn ads- whereby the Service uses the so-called remarketing codes. The codes are used to match individualized ads to individual Customers and then display them on the advertising network of the respective provider (Google, Facebook, or Linkedin). These networks include both vendor sites and their business partners. Detailed information in this regard is available on the sites of the providers, including:

(3) In connection with the use of cookies, the Administrator collects only statistical data, related to browsing history. Other data (such as name, surname, address, etc.) are not recorded in any way.

The Customer can restrict or disable access of Cookies to its Device in the settings of its Internet browser or by configuring the service – especially to block the automatic handling of Cookies or inform on each placement of Cookies on the Client’s Device. The description of the necessary steps for this purpose can be found on manufacturers’ websites, such as:

(2) The customer may delete cookies at any time.
(3) Restricting the use of Cookies, may affect some functionalities available on the website.
